  The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent. I was very thankful that they came to my aid when I called upon them for any maintenance, or living issues with neighbors. I have loved living here the past two years, and will love living here for many more happy years too. The new manager is fair and kind, and the office ladies care, which is MUCH more than I can say for my past experience with renting in Grand Forks with other properties not with IRET. I have heard that there was bad management before, but that is definitely not the case now! I would happily recommend them to anyone at anytime, as they have 9 different properties and have something for everyone, in just about every price range too. I've always gotten my deposits back, and in a timely manner, the fees are always stated up front and if I ever have questions they are quick to help and answer. I have made many friends living here, and met many wonderful people that I enjoy calling neighbors.
